Ingredients: water, whole cream milk powder, salt (0,8%), sour milk bacteria Lactobacillus bulgaricus, natural extract of mint.

 

Dietan (TAN, Ayran) has many “relatives”, including kefir, matzoon and yoghurt. Yet Dietan has a clearly distinguishing feature, too.

Active bacteria

Dietan 2LIFE contains the active soured-milk Lactobacillus bulgaricus bacteria ensuring a very high level of biochemical activity in the product. A special technology was developed to strengthen this activity with the corresponding health-improving effect. During ripening, conditions are created for bacteria activation, resulting in fermentation and emission of gas.

It is this natural gas content that makes Dietan 2LIFE special in comparison to any classic soured milk beverage.

NB! Dietan 2LIFE is produced without any preservatives.
Acid bacteria synthesise natural antioxidants that ensure the product’s biological activeness without any chemical additives for the whole duration of the shelf life period.

Like all natural beverages, Dietan 2LIFE contains natural sediment.

Before use we recommend:
1) turn the bottle of Dietan upside down and shake it;
2) holding the bottle at 90 degrees with the screw-cap end above the glass, unscrew the cap slowly and direct the stream into the glass.
